If you have sent your verification documents to us via email or uploaded them on site, please allow up to 24 hours for them to be checked and your account to be reopened (further verification may take up to 72 hours) our general processing time is much quicker than this and for standard age verification documentation we would expect to complete the checks and open your account within 2 hours.

Once the verification process is complete or if we require any additional information, you will be notified via email.
