You can check your opt‑in status directly on the Offers page.
Each promotion displays its current status, so you can easily see whether you still need to opt in, whether the offer is available, or whether you have already started or completed it.
Follow these steps to check your opt‑in status:
Go to the Offers page.
Select the type of offer you want: All, Sports, Casino or Free to play.
Check the status shown on the promotion:
Opt In Required means you still need to opt in.
Active means no opt‑in is needed.
In Progress means you have opted in successfully.
Completed means the promotion is finished.
Expired means the promotion has ended and can no longer be completed.
How to opt in to a promotion
To take part in a promotion, you need to opt in once it’s available in your account. The steps below explain how to opt in and what to do next to complete the promotion successfully.
Go to the Offer section and select the offer you want.
Carefully read the actions listed in the What you need to do section of the Terms & Conditions to complete the promotion.
Once you understand the T&Cs, tap Opt-in.
Finally, click Let's Go to start playing!
